7cb1d79195 Joker, Penguin and Riddler battle over control of the City. They finally decide to settle their differences by giving all of Gotham over to whoever is able to capture and discover the true identity of the Batman. This episode has a lot of good to it, good action, a good scenario, good villains, good climax, but Rojas has outlived his usefulness. I have officially lost interest in him because he's just a one-note character, and this wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing, if he wasn't in a bunch of freaking episodes. Up to this point, he's just been a foil for James Gordon , but Gordon hasn't been in any episodes besides this one. So you have a bad version of a good character that just says the same thing over and over again, "The Batman is a menace". I realize that this is supposed to be the early years of Batman when the police were after him as well, but it's gone on for two whole seasons now. If Rojas had been removed from this episode entirely, I would've liked it a lot more. Thankfully, with the introduction of Gordon in this episode, hopefully that means Rojas will be written out completely, or at least be reduced to a replacement for Harvey Bullock.
